The Agency

The Thomas Agency is an exclusive broker for a division of Globe Life called Family Heritage.

We work directly with small and mid-sized businesses, the owners, and their employees to offer voluntary supplemental benefits.

Our programs protect individuals financially if they get sick or hurt, but also act as a unique savings program.

We’re not your traditional company. We don’t sell insurance or offer a savings program. We protect families. Our clients drive what we do.

We try to keep our programs simple to understand, affordable for any budget, and an easy decision for anybody.

We try to make sure every client has an individual and active agent that they can reach out to easily and who can walk them through the

claims process. We stay in touch with our clients because it’s the right thing to do.

We know that when we choose to do the right thing, it returns dividends! By helping enough other people get what they want out of life, whether that’s through our amazing products or through career opportunities, we know that we will ultimately get what we want out of life. We will set up our families and their families for a solid foundation and a bright future, and we will help countless families along the way.

We’ve been able to retain that tight-knit family feeling that you would generally only find in a small company but combine that with the power of a large corporation behind us. This has come together to allow Family Heritage to really hit its stride in the marketplace. What’s so exciting about the next 25 years can really be summed up in three things:

Our parent company, Globe Life, has been in our industry since 1900. They own five other companies in our industry and have over $20 billion in assets. As a group of companies, we protect nearly 14 million people nationwide.

We have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. In business, you can do everything right and occasionally some people will still find a reason to get upset with you. This indicates that when there have been issues, Family Heritage has consistently gone above and beyond to make it right for the client. That’s something we work very hard to accomplish and take great pride in.
